| Martin Day is a CPA with over 15 years experience helping a variety of companies. Prior to founding Spyglass CFO Services, LLC, Martin served as Chief Financial Officer for MotoSport, Inc., a venture-backed eCommerce company, and oversaw 40% CAGR during his time there while raising over $50 million in venture funding. Prior to that, Martin held various positions at Digimarc Corp., including Vice President Finance, Corporate Controller, and others. Digimarc is a publicly traded company that specializes in software development and intellectual property that grew from a private $7 million | company to a public $100 million company during Martin’s time there. Previous to Digimarc, Martin was a manager at Ernst & Young in their Silicon Valley office in San Jose, CA. Martin worked with a wide range of companies while in Silicon Valley, from pre-revenue start-ups to billion dollar multinationals, focusing mainly in the software, internet/e-commerce, and semiconductor industries.
